PROJECT: Prior to COVID-19, SoulBuffalo had established themselves as a leading sustainability convener among a network of NGOs, non-profits, waste-pickers — and the world’s largest corporations. We took that vision into a clear, bold brand identity and website.

But with nowhere for the network to convene during the pandemic, Self worked with the partners to pivot and develop an online sustainability curriculum for the corporations in their network — from scratch. We developed the brand for SALT (Sustainable Action Leadership Training) and help integrate more sustainable efforts into their entire process and gives the employee accreditation that stays with them throughout their career.

The brand eventually shed it’s SoulBuffalo roots and landed on OPLN, with Self developing the full brand identity and guidelines for their re-launch.

RESULTS: OPLN, under their new brand, led a series of UN Global Treaty Dialogues designed to form news regulation around plastic waste.
