PROJECT: Self and Not Impossible developed and facilitated events, established brand standards, conducted interviews, sourced inspiration and filmed content to support an on-going, Operation Possible effort. Internal teams worked on solutions for global challenges including food loss, plastic waste and unhealthy environments while we captured their work and inspired a global workforce.

The Origin Story

The Year 1 Challenge taken on at Trane Technologies, under the Operation Possible banner was aimed at the coexistence of food loss/waste and global food insecurity.

The Operation Possible teams went to work and ended up with a cooling cart for vendors to use at market. We captured every step of the journey and inspired a global workforce to join the mission.

Crowd-Solving

Seeing groups of people with different backgrounds and capabilities coming together to solve these global issues was it’s own for of inspiration.

Personal Purpose

We featured individuals from all over Trane Technologies global network to share their stories and tell others how they found purpose in Operation Possible.

Inspiring Innovators

We sought out like-minded innovators to see how they approach these global issues and tell their stories to give Operation Possible teams license to think differently about their projects.
